Cloud Services: Providing cloud solutions including migration, management, and optimization.

Consulting and Advisory Services: Strategic planning and IT consultation.
Structured Cabling Services: Design and installation of network and communication cabling infrastructure.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Service Fees

You agree to pay all fees specified in your service agreement for the use of our Services.

6.2 Billing and Payments

All payments are due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Refunds are provided as outlined in the individual service agreements. Generally, fees for services rendered are non-refundable.

7. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for maintaining their data backups unless otherwise agreed upon in their service agreement.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination
